What to do Next
We want to offer a personal service and so always welcome enquiries by phone to give us the opportunity to discuss ideas whilst hearing about your holiday wish list! However, as an initial point of enquiry it would be very helpful if you could ‘log in’ and forward the contents of your suitcase after browsing the site, to give us a greater understanding of your requirements. You then request that we call you at a convenient time.
However, we also appreciate that you may simply be interested in finding out more about a holiday to our destinations by ordering a brochure rather than looking on line, or have already established where you want to stay and when!
We will work with you to put together an itinerary that suits your needs, to ensure you make the most of your trip. This can take a few days or in some cases a few months!
Once you have agreed a costed itinerary and preferred dates, we will seek availability. If hotels are available, then a provisional booking will be made, valid for 7 days. If not, we will suggest alternative dates or similar accommodation choices.
During busy periods, it may be necessary for us to hold a provisional option at the same time as forwarding a quote – there is no sense in proposing a holiday that isn’t available! In this case, we will let you know we are doing so and there will be no commitment to proceeding.
To enable us to confirm the booking, we would need to receive a completed booking form and deposit of 20% of ground arrangements (sometimes a hotel or lodge will require a higher deposit if you are booking a special offer) plus that required from the airline, after which we will issue a confirmation invoice.

Balance of Payment
At least 10 weeks prior to departure, the balance will be due as per the confirmation invoice.
Approximately 14 days prior to departure your flight tickets and accommodation and transfer vouchers (excluding South Africa) will be issued. At this point, your Travel Information Pack will also be forwarded including useful information about activities and restaurants in the regions you are visiting. Hotel and car hire vouchers for South Africa will be presented on arrival when you are met by our representatives and transferred to your first hotel, unless you have opted not to purchase this service, in which case you will also receive these vouchers before travel.
