An amazing place to stay with fabulous views. The rooms at the Lagoon Lodge are gorgeous, and every small detail has been thought of. The children were able to kayak across the lagoon, whilst we watched from the deck. We were catered for the first night, and the meal was excellent. Quad biking down to the beach was an amazing experience (some took it more slowly than others!). A wonderful setting, and made more special by seeing the whales from the shore at De Kelders!

We loved Mosaic Farm!

(Entered on behalf of Mark Windsor and family, travelling as 2 adults and a baby). All three of us loved Mosaic Farm. The self catering cottage worked very well with a baby. The Managers made us feel very welcome and provided, very quickly, anything which we asked for (fan, anti-mosquito device and food hamper which was delicious!).

Wonderful

A wonderful place. We had a super evening meal, breakfast was a cold basket delivered to our room. Quad biking was not expected but a ‘Wow’!

Absolutely Wonderful

We did a guided walk with Warren, their guide, who was brilliant and very informative. The food is first class, you really do need at least 3 nights here as there is so much to do, the welcome was truly first class.

Lovely but isolated
by Wendy Blackall on Wed Sep 01 19:45:05 +0000 2010

Lovely cottage in a lovely setting but beware it is in the middle of nowhere and there were no restaurants open in the nearest village (Bushbaby Note: We recommend booking the Spook Huis – Restaurant on site – see other review – but bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance).

Again a fantastic time
by Samantha Daniels on Thu Aug 26 21:58:58 +0000 2010

The accommodation was superb and the staff excellent. We had a fabulous dinner at the Spook Huis, there is a new chef and her food was as good as last year. One disappointment was breakfast as these are prepared elsewhere and delivered to the cottage and as a result there is no hot food. We made use of the kayaks and went whale watching from the cliffs at Hermanus every day and couldn’t believe how many whales we saw, definately not necessary to do a boat trip to see the whales! We also went quad biking on the Farm and had a brilliant time, it was an excellent value activity and we would recommend it.

Our favourite location!
by Samantha Daniels on Mon Aug 24 08:49:17 +0000 2009

Probably our favourite accommodation, we wish we could have spent longer here. The staff could not do enough for us and the meals in the Spook Huis were probably the best on the whole trip – the chef and guide were outstanding. The quad biking was a HUGE hit with the children and we found it excellent value (but did receive a complimentary upgrade to Duminy Cottage).
