Bars & Restaurants
- Fine Dining can be enjoyed at Mange Tout Restaurant (we especially recommend dining on the Terrace accompanied by spectacular views). Guests can expect lavishly plated and richly textured menus from the Executive Chef.
- The Country Kitchen is located in the wine tasting facility offers relaxed dining with the slant on Mediterranean fare.
- The Bar is the ideal location for a glass of chilled bubbly or cocktail before dinner whilst nibbling on canapes! In Winter the roaring fire keeps you cosy along with hot chocolate and home made cookies!
- Picnics can also be prepared at the Country Kitchen so you can stroll down through the Vineyards to the Dam or the Rose Garden with a blanket.

Room types
The sixteen bedrooms and six plush suites span across three wings of the hotel give guests the impression of staying in a private manor house. The rooms are a delightful blend of style and comfort offering breathtaking views from every angle along side mini bar, underfloor heating, satellite TV, DVD player and complimentary tea & coffee facilities.
4 Shiraz Rooms have double or twin beds with valley and courtyard views, whilst the 6 Merlot Rooms are slightly larger. The Cabernet Rooms also benefit from private terraces, whils the 3 Pinotage Suites also have a lounge area. The Reserve Suite has a private walled Zen garden with loungers and jacuzzi (but no view) whilst the 2 Cap Classique Suites have large private terraces with plunge pools.
Family
1 Pinotage Suite (Room 14) with a Valley View can sleep up to 2 children under 12 sharing on a sofa bed in the lounge area.
Rates
A Shiraz Room costs from £151 per adult sharing including breakfast (valid 01/10/11 – 30/04/12).
From 01/05/12 – 15/10/12 rates are £99 per adult sharing
Upgrade cost to a Pinotage Suite is £82 for this period.
Family
- Children under 12 share free in the Pinotage Suite with sofa bed
- Children in their own room charged at adult rates.
