Bars & Restaurants

Welcoming drinks and excellent cuisine are enjoyed from the centrally situated lounge and dining area. If the weather allows, guests are encouraged to enjoy the great outdoors as you dine under the stars.

For those wishing for a quiet private dinner, dining al fresco Africa style can be arranged.

Overview

The lodge welcomes children of all ages but we recommend a stay here for those with school age children and above. Please note children under the age of 12 years are not allowed on the adult game drives – special children’s game drives are operated subject to availability and at the discretion of the Lodge Manager.

Babysitting & Supervised activities

Babysitting can be arranged with advance notice, at a charge, if required.

Safety

The lodges is not fenced and is on the river banks and care should therefore be taken with children at all times.

Room Types

Each secluded and spacious room overlooks the Zambezi River. All offer en-suite facilities and are designed with comfort and space in mind and feature a covered verandah. Please note rooms are not air-conditioned but have standing fans.

Family

Up to two children can share a room with their parents.

Rates

Rates are from £245 per person sharing (valid from 01/01/12 – 31/12/12) and on a full board basis including one activity per day (Tour of the Falls or Game Drive).

Family

• Children: 0 – 5 years of age stay free of charge when sharing with full paying adults.
• Children: 6 – 11 years of age pay 50% of the adult sharing rate when sharing with two full paying adults.
• Full adult rate applicable if occupying their own room or when sharing with one adult.
